Roxana Khoshandish

Roxana and her family have called Mississauga home for 27 years, and giving back has always been central to everything she does. Having immigrated to Canada at 19, she is deeply committed to supporting others—especially newcomers and young people—as they build connection, confidence, and meaningful paths to success.

Professionally, Roxana became a licensed realtor in 2016, joining her husband’s established real estate team after a 20-year career in engineering and program management with Honeywell Aerospace. In 2024, she also founded Sapphire Home Prep Services Inc., supporting homeowners and fellow realtors with decluttering, cleaning, and staging—while creating meaningful employment and development opportunities for others.

Roxana and her husband are deeply committed to the community, frequently hosting community and fundraising events and donating their time and resources to local charities. She loves networking, partnering with local businesses, and helping everyone grow together. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, year-round Sunday hikes, and ongoing personal development.

Roxana shared that she is honoured to be part of 100 Women Who Care Mississauga, and we’re delighted to have her voice and leadership supporting our Public Relations efforts.
