My name is Melissa Prospero, and I am a Career Development Practionner working at University of Waterloo, working with employers who hire coop students.

Prior to working in Career Development, I worked in a variety of Marketing & Sales roles for large companies. After 20 years in this industry, I changed my career focus to help clients, students and employers with their career development needs.

I’m pleased to be joining this team and helping to contribute to its amazing work.
