Community Outreach Lead

Glynis D’souza is our Community Outreach Lead, part of the Charities Management and Outreach Committee on our Steering Team.

Glynis is a leadership speaker, trainer, youth and parent empowerment coach, and a Certified DISC Behavioral Consultant, dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their potential through self-awareness, effective communication, and authentic leadership.

As the founder of Glynis D’souza Personal Development, Glynis offers personal growth training sessions and coaching focused on leadership and communication. Her strengths in relationship-building and community connection align beautifully with this role.

Glynis shared that she is thrilled to be working with such an inspiring group of women, and we’re equally thrilled to have her bringing her energy, experience, and heart to our Charities Management and Outreach Committee.
